Cancer Care ProfessionalsWelcome to the Web site of the American Society of Cancer Control and Prevention. We are an organization of volunteers whose mission is to promote cancer control and prevention through professional and community partnerships.

The society was established in November 2002. We identified the need for a professional organization that would provide educational forums for health care professionals as well as information regarding screening guidelines for those at above-average cancer risk.

Our vision includes a better quality of life for people with cancer through early detection and the reduction of society's fear of the disease. We encourage the participation of health care professionals as well as any community members who have a special interest in cancer prevention.
